Council is proposing to adopt a new Community Land Management Plan (CLMP) for Reserves in accordance with the Local Government Act 1999.

The draft CLMP outlines how Council intends to manage, use and maintain its reserve land into the future. The Plan provides a framework for:

  • Permitted uses of reserve land
  • Leasing and licensing arrangements
  • Maintenance standards
  • Future improvements

The purpose of the Plan is to ensure reserve land continues to be managed in a consistent, transparent and legislatively compliant manner, aligned with community expectations.
