Community Land Management Plan, Proposed Leases & Proposed Revocation of Community Land Status

The Town of Gawler is undertaking a combined public engagement process to seek community feedback on several proposed matters relating to the management and use of Council land. These include:

  • a Draft Community Land Management Plan for reserves
  • proposed long-term leases over portions of reserve land, and
  • the proposed revocation of community land status for an operational site.

Bringing these related matters together ensures a transparent and streamlined engagement process. Council is inviting written submissions from the community to help inform its decision-making before any final determinations are made.

Submissions will form part of the public record and may be included in a Council report. If you wish your correspondence to remain anonymous in the public report, please indicate this in your submission.

Persons who make a written submission may request to appear before Council to be heard in support of their submission. Please indicate this in your written submission if you wish to do so.
